A Bradenton native and veteran Bradenton/Sarasota real estate Broker, Pam Taylor has been a prominent professional for many years. She graduated from Manatee High School, Manatee Community College (now State College of Florida), and attended the University of Florida before marrying into an agricultural family and settling on a cattle ranch near Lake Manatee with her husband and two sons.
Some of her notable sales are the John Ringling Towers (now The Ritz-Carlton), the Charthouse property on Longboat Key, and Lighthouse Pointe, the up-scale residential community at the gateway to Longboat Key, as well as other luxury properties in Sarasota and Highlands, North Carolina.
In 1992, Pam moved to Highlands, North Carolina, where she is affiliated with Country Club Properties, an independently-owned company that serves Florida, Atlanta, Savannah, Charleston, etc., with a wide selection of beautiful mountain properties. With the Florida/North Carolina connection, she has been successful in finding mountain properties for Florida friends and clients, and hopes to find Florida properties for her clientele in North Carolina.
Pam’s knowledge of both areas—plus her attention to detail, enthusiasm, responsibility, experience, and desire to perform for her clients—is the key to her 34 years of success in real estate, as well as her ability to endure many challenging market conditions.
Pam’s primary residence will now be in Bradenton. She will maintain her association with Country Club Properties, continue to serve her clients, and market properties in both areas. She looks forward to reconnecting with former friends and clients, and creating new professional relationships.
Dion Souza grew up on the East Coast of Florida and after graduating High School enlisted into the United States Airforce. Joining the military was to follow after a long list of family who have served as well. He spent 4 years in Biloxi, MS (Keesler Air Force base) while serving in labor and delivery, along with being an emergency Medi-Vac specialist.
In 1998 Dion moved to Sarasota and started his career at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Clinical Systems, where he later then became an Information Systems Engineer. With his 16 years at the hospital and his extensive background in computers it allows him to stay current with technology. With Dion’s knowledge of technology it allows him to assist his clients in obtaining their real estate goals.
Dion’s extensive knowledge of technology also helps with assisting with Skype walk-throughs, anything internet and emailing. He can assist you locally, or around the globe. Emails are always sent or received promptly and he always answers his phone.
Dion has been married to an extra awesome, beautiful and supportive wife since 2005. They have an equally incredible daughter who was born in 2010. In Dion’s spare time (which is rare), he spends days at his daughter’s soccer games, boating and enjoying the beautiful sunsets On Siesta key. Siesta Key holds a special place in his heart as that is where he got married and where their daughter was Baptized in same spot.

Michael Holderness, Jr. has been licensed as a Realtor for nearly 20 years working in the family brokerage, SaraBay Real Estate.
