Cameron Keating was born and raised in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. The son of a custom home builder and land developer, real estate has been and continues to be a cornerstone of his life.
Cameron is currently Vice President of Construction for his family-owned custom home building business. This experience gives him an edge in the real estate market. While he is knowledgeable is all areas of real estate, Cameron specializes in waterfront properties as well as vacant land. His unique skillset and out of the box thinking help to ensure his clients dreams become a reality.
In his spare time, Cameron enjoys working on cars and spending time out on the water with his family and friends.
Born and raised in Sarasota Florida, Jessie is a Florida native who enjoys living and working in the beautiful Sunshine State. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with her degree in Business and Conflict Management. As a young entrepreneur she started her own successful business at the age of 21. Building the business over the years she opened two brick and mortar retail boutiques, later launching her own online consignment shop and transitioning into e-commerce. As a top reseller, Jessie has began her career in Real Estate. Growing up in Whitfield Estate she knows the area like the back of her hand. As an active community member with a caring personality and a love for buying and selling, she’s a trusted resource to represent the finest properties in the beautiful state. Her contacts and life-long residency leverage her enthusiasm and expertise enhancing her client dedication.
A fifth generation native of Florida, with ties deeply rooted in the Sarasota area and loves all it has to offer. She enjoys fishing, boating, the arts and culture.
Kristine has over 20 years in the construction industry combined with extensive experience in Commercial and Residential real estate.
Dion Souza grew up on the East Coast of Florida and after graduating High School enlisted into the United States Airforce. Joining the military was to follow after a long list of family who have served as well. He spent 4 years in Biloxi, MS (Keesler Air Force base) while serving in labor and delivery, along with being an emergency Medi-Vac specialist.
In 1998 Dion moved to Sarasota and started his career at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Clinical Systems, where he later then became an Information Systems Engineer. With his 16 years at the hospital and his extensive background in computers it allows him to stay current with technology. With Dion’s knowledge of technology it allows him to assist his clients in obtaining their real estate goals.
Dion’s extensive knowledge of technology also helps with assisting with Skype walk-throughs, anything internet and emailing. He can assist you locally, or around the globe. Emails are always sent or received promptly and he always answers his phone.
Dion has been married to an extra awesome, beautiful and supportive wife since 2005. They have an equally incredible daughter who was born in 2010. In Dion’s spare time (which is rare), he spends days at his daughter’s soccer games, boating and enjoying the beautiful sunsets On Siesta key. Siesta Key holds a special place in his heart as that is where he got married and where their daughter was Baptized in same spot.

A Bradenton native and veteran Bradenton/Sarasota real estate Broker, Pam Taylor has been a prominent professional for many years. She graduated from Manatee High School, Manatee Community College (now State College of Florida), and attended the University of Florida before marrying into an agricultural family and settling on a cattle ranch near Lake Manatee with her husband and two sons.
Some of her notable sales are the John Ringling Towers (now The Ritz-Carlton), the Charthouse property on Longboat Key, and Lighthouse Pointe, the up-scale residential community at the gateway to Longboat Key, as well as other luxury properties in Sarasota and Highlands, North Carolina.
In 1992, Pam moved to Highlands, North Carolina, where she is affiliated with Country Club Properties, an independently-owned company that serves Florida, Atlanta, Savannah, Charleston, etc., with a wide selection of beautiful mountain properties. With the Florida/North Carolina connection, she has been successful in finding mountain properties for Florida friends and clients, and hopes to find Florida properties for her clientele in North Carolina.
Pam’s knowledge of both areas—plus her attention to detail, enthusiasm, responsibility, experience, and desire to perform for her clients—is the key to her 34 years of success in real estate, as well as her ability to endure many challenging market conditions.
Pam’s primary residence will now be in Bradenton. She will maintain her association with Country Club Properties, continue to serve her clients, and market properties in both areas. She looks forward to reconnecting with former friends and clients, and creating new professional relationships.

Marilyn moved to Florida with her parents and siblings in 1968 from Kansas City, Missouri and has lived in the Bayshore Gardens area ever since. Married with two grown kids, a daughter in California and a son in Bradenton.

Michael Holderness, Jr. has been licensed as a Realtor for nearly 20 years working in the family brokerage, SaraBay Real Estate. However, his career really began much earlier. “I remember going to open houses as a kid and I started showing properties in high school,” he explains. “As a third generation Realtor, I guess you could say it’s in my blood.” This early experience has given Michael a solid foundation in providing families with the best possible service.
He is consistently in the top 1% of agents in sales and he believes that his success is due to his desire to help all of his clients achieve their goals. He receives referrals and repeat business from customers, which he considers the ultimate compliment. Michael devotes full attention to each transaction, whether he is representing the buyer in the recent purchase of a $5.67 million home or helping a newly-widowed customer sell her modest home.
A native of Sarasota, Michael has a first-hand appreciation of all the area has to offer. Michael recently acquired several bungalows on Siesta Key and is in the process of transforming them into a boutique resort. He is enthusiastic about this new project since the location is in the heart of Siesta Village and he recognizes that the area has a shortage of vacation rentals with a personal, yet upscale feel. He says, “I want to give vacationers a beautiful place to stay while they are here. They will have memories that last a lifetime.”
Lisa is a very modest, yet accomplished professional with a broad customer base – any of which would attest to the fact that she puts her customers above and beyond anything else, always making them her top priority.

Allie Lodzhansky’s passion is to help everyone achieve their Real Estate goals and needs. With a background as a pharmacy technician, Allie gained the ability to focus in on details and be extremely organized which she has carried over in to her Real Estate career. She is bilingual and speaks fluent English and Russian.
