"I am from out of state, and was faced with having to move my mother, sell most of the contents of her home, sell her van and sell her house. I called one Realty company, spilled my story and was basically dismissed. SaraBay was a business I remembered seeing signs for in my parents neighborhood, so I looked them up on the web, called them and was given to Norm. He immediately knew the area of my parents home AND even remembered meeting my father and speaking with him on a recent visit to the area. I was immediately comforted - I had just lost my wonderful dad almost a year before. Norm dove right in and researched the housing market in the area, sent me compatibles, and discussed his ideas with me. I needed help finding someone to auction/sell the contents of the house - he hooked me up with a company that was able to do that (there was over 40 years of "stuff"). I needed help with selling the van - he found someone who helped with that too. A handyman to do fixerup work - yep, Norm found that person too! His resources are endless.

This was not an easy sale - the house needed TLC, but Norm saw the potential and was willing and able to champion for it's eventual purchase.

Norm is kind, knowledgeable, considerate, and open to opposing ideas. Not to say that he is push over - he's not. One bank really socked it to us on the appraisal - Norm's tenacity in getting to the bottom of the matter was unrelenting.

Norm did not pressure me, did not demand anything from me and accepted what I could give him. There was no judgment, only understanding. Professional throughout, Norm also strived to develop a business friendship.

I don't believe I will ever need to sell a house in Florida again, nor do I believe that I will ever purchase a house in Florida, but if I were in a position to need expert knowledge of the Sarasota/Bradenton residential market - I'd call Norm. Plus I'd like to see how he is doing too! THANKS, NORM!!!!!!"

We can't say enough good things about Norm!! Finding an honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable agent can be nearly impossible. But we found such a person in Norm. He has been showing us vacation homes in the Sarasota/Bradenton area for about 2 1/2 months now. We have not purchased one yet, but he continues to work diligently, answering our questions, sometimes leading us by the hand through the paperwork. Since we are not located in the Sarasota area, Norm takes the extra time to personally go to the properties we are interested in and take additional photos, putting his own eyes where ours cannot be and helping us to see the homes. My wife and I recently began a search for a second home in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.
We were able to find the perfect home with the help of Lynda Wagner from Sara Bay Realty. As Lynda drove us to each potential home, she provided us with clear explanations about the ins and outs of the area in which we were looking.
